The North Mississippi Enterprise Initiative (NorthMiss) is a non-profit, public/private regional partnership for entrepreneurial growth. NorthMiss manages 3 business incubators - Oxford, Batesville and Grenada - and provides leadership in entrepreneurship within the region.

The sponsoring entities include the cities of Batesville, Grenada and Oxford, the counties of Panola, Grenada and Lafayette, the Panola Partnership, the Oxford-Lafayette Economic Development Foundation, the Grenada County Chamber of Commerce, the Economic Development Authority of the U.S. Dept. of Commerce, the Tennessee Valley Authority and the Mississippi Development Authority and the University of Mississippi (Ole Miss).
